1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items are unworn, unused, and with original tags intact
  • Items are returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items are returned in their original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made or bespoke couture
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

2. Return Process

  1. Log in to your Roma Couture account and request a return, or contact our customer support.
  2. Receive authorization and return shipping instructions from us.
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging and ship it back within 7 days.

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed if the item is in stock and meets the return criteria.
Please contact our support team to confirm availability and initiate the exchange process.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

6. Damaged or Defective Items
